We offer free returns or exchange of products within 15 days of receiving your order without any question asked if you are dissatisfied in any cases . We regret we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used. Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the products. if u have ordered a wrong product you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be in its original sealed and unused conditions.

We deal only in genuine brands and from country’s official importers. There is no chance of any counterfeit products from our side. All items undergo stringent quality check before dispatching to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

We offer one of the finest and robust packaging so there is minimum chances for a transportation damage to occur. However in worst scenario If you receive any items which are (not advertised as damaged, damaged during transit, wrong item delivered or faulty atomiser) please return the items within 15 days and we can either offer a refund if the product is not available with us or replace the same product .as per the rule of our management team, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.

  3. As there are a large number of factors effecting longevity of any fragrance, most manufacturers or brands don’t make any claim regarding the staying duration or longevity of the fragrances.
  4. Sometimes there are possibilities of product getting delivered late or not delivered under specified timing, in such cases you can request us for refund.
  5. Only defective, damaged and wrong items will be accepted for a return or an exchange, if the item is returned within 15 business days (from the date of receipt).Please contact us before sending the item back to us so that we can arrange a reverse pick up from our end and also this will help us to track the return shipment and process your exchange or refund as soon as the item is received at our warehouse. Refund will be initiated if it passes the quality check.if reverse pickup is not available at certain location than the buyer has to ship the product by himself to our address.
